These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 77acd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 77acd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

Account Registration and Management
To participate in any real-money game or place any bet on 77acd, you must first register an account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and notifying 77acd of any changes.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 77acd. If a User is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation. Bonuses obtained across multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in permanent account termination.
Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 77acd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. 77acd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. These may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 77acd may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Accuracy
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 77acd reserves the right to close any account where inaccurate information is discovered, to withhold associated funds, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where the circumstances warrant it.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
77acd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to a User's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions. 77acd does not charge a fee for deposits made via any of the supported local mobile wallet methods.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in the User's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 12 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform demand, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where a withdrawal triggers a verification review.
77acd reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied to all accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.
Refunds
Deposits that have been used to place bets or participate in games are not refundable. Unused deposit balances may be returned to the originating payment method upon verified account closure, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist. 77acd does not accept any chargebacks. Any chargeback initiated against a deposit will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
77acd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a User's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms and must be met within the validity window specified for that promotion. Wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated period will result in the bonus funds being removed from the account balance.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagering contributions are calculated as follows: slots games contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements; live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion; sports bets must meet minimum odds stated in the individual offer terms.
Bonus Abuse
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions — constitutes bonus abuse. 77acd reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Promotional Changes
77acd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a User has opted into a promotion and the qualifying deposit or action has been completed, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will govern that specific instance of the promotion, unless a material error or fraud is identified.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on 77acd are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. Each game operates under the rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and technical specifications set by the respective game provider. Random Number Generation

Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 77acd's internal game logs will be used to determine the state of play at the time of the fault. Bets placed during a period of technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at 77acd's discretion. 77acd will not be held liable for losses arising from interrupted sessions due to factors outside its direct control, including third-party network failures or device issues on the User's side.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the 77acd platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not adversely affect the experience of other Users or the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
- Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human play or exploits game mechanics.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting markets.
- Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately rather than exploited.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to 77acd support staff or other Users via any platform channel.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, and using VPN, proxy, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic restrictions.
77acd reserves the right to monitor account activity, review game sessions, and audit transaction histories for the purpose of enforcing these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77acd will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach — up to and including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Closure
77acd reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Discovery that the User is under 18 years of age.
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a specified timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to dormant account processing as described below.
User-Initiated Account Closure
You may request closure of your 77acd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 77acd will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the payment method on file after completion of any outstanding wagering obligations associated with active bonuses.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, 77acd offers a self-exclusion mechanism. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account is locked and cannot be accessed. 77acd will make reasonable efforts to exclude self-excluded Users from promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed during that period. 77acd will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account fee, where applied, will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the User logging in.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77acd's total liability to any User arising from or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77acd is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 77acd's own negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general internationally accepted legal principles applicable to online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 77acd's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the User's place of residence.
